2019 Newsletter

Reflections of 2019

Dear M.M.M. Friends and Family,

The year 2019 is almost gone and 2020 is about to enter; we see the state of the world and we see Bible prophecy being fulfilled. Plans should be laid for earnest, persevering effort in the Master’s service. There is much to be done to advance the work of God and a short time to do it. For Christ’s sake, my brethren and sisters, make the most of the hours of the new year to place the precious light of present truth before the people. The Angel of the covenant is empowering His servants to carry the truth to all parts of the world. He has sent forth His angels with the message of mercy; but, as if they did not speed on their way fast enough to satisfy His heart of yearning love, He lays on every member of His church the responsibility of proclaiming this message. “Let him that heareth say, Come.” Every member of the church is to show his loyalty by inviting the thirsty to drink of the water of life. A chain of living witnesses is to carry the invitation to the world. Will you act your part in this great work?” {CM 18.1}

Here in Honduras we are trying to do all we can to reach souls and that keeps us very busy. Thank you for your patience in waiting for this newsletter. I am taking moments in between treatments of patients and the everyday duties that keep the different facets of the ministry going so I can share with you my M.M.M. family some of the many wonderful things that God has allowed us to accomplish this year. There are always trials, challenges and even disappointments. But God is always there to strengthen. Your prayers, little notes of encouragement and faithful support keeps us going. In this special issue, we will show and tell of some of the experiences and the precious souls God brought in our midst throughout 2019. May you be blest and encouraged, because you have been an intricate part of what God has done through and for this ministry.

Let us move forward in 2020, determined to serve our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ with all of our mind, soul and strength, knowing that we only have but a short time left. May God bless each and everyone of you as we enter this New Year. We love you and pray for you.

“The past history of the cause of God needs to be often brought before the people, young and old. We need often to recount God’s goodness and to praise Him for His wonderful works” {AG 75.3}

So gather around and may you be blessed as we look at what God has done.
